We use third-party registration and credit card services. We use Uplifterinc to collect registration information and to manage your member portal, and Worldline to process credit card information when you register for classes or services provided by us. Each maintains its own privacy policies.

We use social buttons provided by services like  Google+, and Facebook. Your use of these third-party services is entirely optional. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third-party services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those third-party services' privacy policies.

We do collect voluntary information from you the parent or/guardian, about your child for the express purpose of registering a child for age-appropriate classes or services through our registration process. If you, the parent, or legal guardian consent, we may collect the child’s name, email address, age, music art, or other liberal arts preferences directly from the child or his/her parent. We will use the information for purposes of tailoring the curriculum to our student's needs and interests, and for internal customer analysis/insights-related work and will collect only such information as is reasonably necessary for those purposes. Consenting parents may, by sending an email to us at studio@blackboxmusicarts.com, or in person, review the information we have collected from his/her child, withdraw his/her consent to any further collection, or use of the information, and ask that we delete the information we have collected. 

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The use of the information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.

If we make major changes in the way we collect or use information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Website or sending you an email.
